Whenever I visit a restaurant, there is usually one dish that stands out above everything else. It is the dish I keep thinking about long after the meal is over, not just because of how it tasted, but because of how it was put together, how it made me feel, and the experience of eating it in that moment.
This is also where I share the cocktails I create and the stories behind them. Many of my drinks are inspired by food, memory, and the idea of turning a dish into something you can sip. Some begin with a flavour, some with a craving, and some with a feeling I want to capture in a glass.
Taste & Tell is not about reviewing everything on the table. It is about what stood out, what lingered, and what felt worth writing about.
